Hello and welcome to Whispers in the Wind! My name is Whisper and I am the original founder and creator of this forum. First off, I want to say a few things before we get to the boring stuff.

The realm of expression is an imaginative process and place where your greatest dreams and fantasies can come to life. This place only aids in that process and can only make us better understand the world and those around us. That being said, let's get to the rules.

General Forum Rules

One: Be respectful and kind to other members. This is a place of expanding our creativity, not squandering it.

Two: No Flaming or Harassing. Everyone has their own opinions and they are entitled to them!

Three: When giving criticism, please CONSTRUCTIVE ONLY! We want to better ourselves and in order to do that, we need positive enforcement and constructive comments in order to further our artistic abilities.

Four: There are some sections of the forum that contain mature content. Lying about your age just to get into the mature content section is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in instant banning if you are found to be doing such things. You must be 18 or older in order to view the restricted areas.

Posting Rules

One: Post your art in their appropriate sections. If you post something in the wrong section, a staff member will move it to it's correct section and issue a verbal warning. Should it be a common occurrance, further action may be taken.

Two: Mature content is to be posted in the Adult Section Only! If I find any mature content outside of it's proper place, it will be moved to the right area and you will be warned. Again, if it's a common ocurrance, further action may be taken.

Three: The only way to improve ourselves is through practice and constructive criticism. Please, whenever posting in reply to a piece of art, give compliments as to what you liked, as well as however much constructive critique as you can, unless otherwise requested.

Requesting a Sub-Forum

In order to request to have a sub-forum in ANY category, you must have posted at LEAST 10 items in the category you would like a sub-forum in. The only exception to this rule is if you want to be a graphic designer for members, then you may request a sub-forum in the graphic designers area and fill out an application that the staff will have for you upon request.

If you are requesting a sub-forum to make graphic requests in, please let a staff member know as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. It is up to the maker of the graphics to decide what currency will be used, though Cash from posts on this forum is the main one. If you are looking to make a monetary profit with real cash, please look to the proboards TOS before making anything definite. All prices using On-Forum cash are up to the person making the graphics. If you are a member on another site, run by Sway/Whisper/Takara, then your cash can transfer to the other forum, though this is only for sites run by me.

Applying for Staff

Since we are both a new and striving to be amazing forum, we will always accept new staff applications. For an application, please contact one of your site founders and request an application.

Amendments to these rules may be made at any time, so check back often!
